Autumn 2 Week 6

As a way to celebrate National Day we all came dress in traditional Qatar dress or wearing the colours of the flag. We also completed some themed activities which we have brought home. The children sampled some Qatar food and we particularly enjoyed the dates.
Thank you all for your continued support and hard work. We hope you have a restful and enjoyable holiday, we look forward to hearing all the stories upon return on January 3rd.

Autumn 2 Week 5

We had a very exciting start to our week where we went on a trip to Wakra Beach. We made sandcastles, paddled in the water and went on a sea and shell hunt. We had so much fun and we found some very interesting objects.

We had been practicing very hard for our 'Under the Sea' themed Class Assembly. We sang 'The Big ship sailed on the Ally, Ally, Oh', 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Once I caught a fish alive', 'Three Little Fishes' and 'A Sailor went to See, See, See'. I hope you all really enjoyed our repertoire. We also were very lucky to attend the KS2 performance of 'Cinderella Rockafella'. We thought it was very funny and we particularly enjoyed the singing.
